Parkgate Astro is a community facility owned by Rotherham United Community Trust. Previously, Parkgate Astro offered three 5-a-side 3G pitches, which played as a 7-a-side lengthways pitch along with a clubhouse and classroom.

Parkgate Astro is set to reopen in April following an extensive redevelopment of both its buildings and pitch, transforming it into an exceptional community sports facility. The brand-new pitch now features two 5-a-side pitches and one spacious 7-a-side pitch, providing high-quality playing surfaces for a range of sports and activities. Additionally, the clubhouse and classroom have been fully redeveloped, creating a modern multi-purpose space for coaching, education, and community engagement.
